Do’s

For Hair Color Services 
  • Do show up with dry hair, but don’t worry about washing it first

 
For Extension Services
  • Do make sure your hair is washed, product-free, and dry

 
All Services
  • Do wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to be pampered

  • Do bring images or ideas - it really helps us if you have examples of what you like

  • Do bring images of ideas you don't like- it can be just as important as knowing what you want

  • Do give yourself enough time to park and get to the salon a few minutes early

  • Do cancel 48 hours in advance of your appointment if needed - see our Policies for additional information on cancellations

Don’ts

  • Don’t wear your most lovely blouse - we are exceptional at paying attention to detail, but we want to ensure there is no room for an unintentional error.
    Opaque robes are provided to all our guests.

  • Don’t wash your hair with hot or warm water. The more hot water you use the faster your hair color will rinse out. 

  • Don’t forget to book your next appointment with us before you leave. We are a small boutique salon so our books fill very quickly and we want to make sure everyone who wishes to come to see us gets the opportunity.
