Policies

Appointment and Cancellation Policy

Please call to cancel your appointment at 512-551-3958

For after-hours; please email to cancel your appointment at contact@ardeocolorstudio.com

When you book with us, that time is set aside just for you — your colorist is reserved, and the chair is yours. Because our team is paid for the time they spend creating with you, a last-minute cancellation or no-show isn't simply an empty slot; it's income they can't recover, and a spot we weren't able to offer someone else who was hoping to get in.
To protect the livelihood of the artists behind the chair, we ask for at least 48 hours' notice to change or cancel, and we keep a card on file to reserve your time. Changes or cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice — and no-shows — are charged 50% of the reserved service. Many salons charge the full amount; asking for half is how we care for our team while still being as fair to you as we can.
Your signature below means you understand and agree. Thank you for treating our time with the same care we'll pour into your hair. We can't wait to have you in the chair.

Sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request a 48-hour notice for all cancellations or you will be charged a booking fee.

The same care applies to consultations. Though a consultation is complimentary, it still reserves a colorist's time and holds a place on the calendar that another guest was hoping for. A no-show, or a cancellation for a consultation appointment made with less than 48 hours' notice, will be charged a $25 consultation fee to the card on file, and we may ask for a deposit to reserve any future bookings.
