Tina Herod
Founder and owner of Ārdeō Color Studio, Tina Herod has been working in the industry since 2001, Tina has established herself as a highly accomplished hair color artist and extension specialist who considers hair an artistic expression of personal beauty. She returned to Austin after living in New York City and traveling to London, where she has attended countless classes and advanced training in the art of hair painting. In order to spread her wealth of knowledge of the hair industry, Tina became an Aveda color educator for 10 years.
In addition to being the recipient of Aveda’s prestigious “Hair Color Artist of the Year” award, Herod has trained with some of the industry's most influential educators such as David Adams, John Raymen, Ted Gibson, and Trevor Sorbie, just to name a few. From editors and executives to models and actresses, clients love Tina’s color for it’s chic and complimentary wearability.
